Angel Joel Ventura, 19, was last seen on December 30, 2013, in Frederiksted, on the island of St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands. He was reportedly going for a walk in the vicinity of the Williams Delight housing community when he disappeared. His family believes foul play was involved in his disappearance, stating that it was uncharacteristic of him to leave without any warning. At the time he went missing, Ventura was described as a Black and Hispanic male, standing at 5'8" and weighing approximately 160 pounds. He had brown eyes and brown, shoulder-length dreadlocks. A distinguishing physical feature is a mole on his right temple. When he was last seen, Ventura was wearing a black t-shirt, khaki shorts, black Jordan slippers, and a black stocking cap.

The circumstances surrounding his disappearance remain unsolved. He was known to frequent the Williams Delight area and the Frederiksted Fish Market.
