Angel Joel Ventura, 19, was last seen on December 30, 2013, in Frederiksted, on the island of St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands. He was reportedly going for a walk in the vicinity of the Williams Delight housing community when he disappeared. His family believes foul play was involved in his disappearance, stating that it was uncharacteristic of him to leave without any warning. The U.S. Virgin Islands Police Department is the investigating agency for this case.
