Michael Mitchell, an 80-year-old man, was last seen on April 16, 2018, in Frederiksted, St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. He is also known by the nickname "Teacher." Authorities have stated that Mitchell was last seen near the Mt. Pleasant Apartments on Queen Mary Highway, walking east on foot. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a black cap, a red and white-striped shirt, black pants, and was carrying a black bag.
