Death by Force

Jacquerius Holland, a 21-year-old African American male from Griffin, Georgia, was found dead on May 27, 2022. His body was discovered around 2:30 a.m. on North Hill Street after deputies received a 911 call. Holland had been shot twice and was pronounced dead at the scene. The Spalding County Sheriff's Office immediately launched an investigation, gathering evidence and conducting interviews to determine the motive and identify the perpetrator.
