Kevin Dorian Jordan, a 43-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on May 31, 2014, in Griffin, Georgia. Officer Jordan was working an overtime assignment at a Waffle House on U.S. 19 when he encountered a disturbance involving three customers. As he escorted the individuals outside, one of the female subjects began to fight with him.
