Denson was a visible and active presence in his neighborhood, organizing events such as book bag giveaways, food distributions, and community clean-ups. He also created healing circles to help young people process trauma in healthier ways. His work was in partnership with organizations like Chris 180 and Cure Violence, a violence interruption program. In the wake of his death, his cousin has expressed her intention to continue his mission and lead the non-profit he had started. The Atlanta police are investigating the shooting, but as of now, no suspects have been publicly identified, and no arrests have been made in connection with the murder of Terence Terock Favors Denson. The case remains ongoing as his community mourns the loss of a man who fought so hard to bring peace to his streets.
