Rizanul Islam, a 20-year-old Bangladeshi male, tragically lost his life on September 10, 2017, in Atlanta, Georgia. Rizanul, along with Saiful Islam Bhuyia, a 36-year-old Bangladeshi store owner, was shot in the head while sitting in a car outside Southern Grocery on Westview Drive. The incident occurred around 11 p.m. as the two men were closing up the shop.
