Calvin Clark Jr., a 23-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on July 14, 2017, outside his apartment complex in southeast Atlanta, Georgia. The incident occurred in the 600 block of Newtown Circle, where Clark lived with his girlfriend. According to reports, Clark was approached by two men, Jaquavious Johnson, 26, and Scean Mitchell, 21, who intended to rob him.
