James Alfred Ancrum Jr., a 30-year-old African American male from Savannah, Georgia, tragically lost his life on September 17, 2022. The incident occurred in Garden City, a suburb of Savannah, where Ancrum was involved in two separate shootings on Priscilla D. Thomas Way. The first shooting left another individual with non-life-threatening injuries, while Ancrum was found nearby suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite being transported to the hospital, he succumbed to his injuries.
