Nathaniel Mack, a 29-year-old African American male from Augusta, GA, was tragically shot and killed on October 10, 2022. The incident occurred near the Circle K gas station on Peach Orchard Road. According to the Richmond County Coroner's Office, Nathaniel was shot across the street from the gas station and managed to run inside before collapsing and succumbing to his injuries at approximately 3 a.m. An autopsy was scheduled to determine the exact cause of death.
