Marion Levi Utley, a 49-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on May 3, 2015, in Augusta, Georgia. The incident occurred on the 1600 block of Norris Lane, where Utley was found with a gunshot wound to the chest. He was pronounced dead at the scene by the Richmond County Coroner.
