Tymarkus Dashawn Starkes, a 20-year-old African American male from Augusta, GA, was tragically shot and killed on the night of October 15, 2022. The incident occurred around 10:20 p.m. at 1949 Old Savannah Road. Starkes was pronounced dead at the scene approximately an hour later. The Richmond County Coroner, Mark Bowen, confirmed the details of his death.
