Whitney's crime wave spanned several states, including California, Arizona, and Florida, and resulted in the deaths of seven individuals. Ken Mezzarno, who was working at a gas station in Miami, became one of Whitney's victims during a robbery. Whitney shot Mezzarno, leading to his untimely death.
