Long Duong, a 21-year-old male, was last seen on January 31, 1998, at Bodega Head beach in Sonoma County, California. Duong was fishing from a rock when a large, thirteen-foot wave hit him and swept him out to sea. Despite an extensive two-day search of the area, no signs of Duong were found, and he is presumed to have drowned.
