Tiffany LaShauna Parchment, a 28-year-old African American woman from West Palm Beach, FL, tragically lost her life on July 19, 2015. Tiffany was pronounced dead at the hospital after sustaining multiple gunshot wounds in a shooting incident at her home on the 700 block of Fifth Street. Her boyfriend, Anthony T. Garrett, then 38, was also injured in the same incident but survived his injuries and was later released from the hospital.
