Justin Moyer, a 33-year-old male, was tragically shot and killed on June 4, 2018, in West Palm Beach, Florida. The incident occurred around 3:18 a.m. at the intersection of Belvedere Road and Drexel Road, where Moyer and a 20-year-old woman named Crystal Rivera were found dead inside a car. The shooting also left a third victim, Bailey Post, wounded but alive.
