Crystal Rivera, a 20-year-old woman, was tragically killed on June 4, 2018, in West Palm Beach, Florida. She and Justin Moyer, a 33-year-old man, were found shot to death inside a car at the intersection of Belvedere Road and Drexel Road around 3:18 a.m. The incident shocked the local community and led to an extensive investigation by the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office.
