The incident occurred at a residence on Caroma Lane, where Fredi was with his girlfriend, Lety Hernandez, and another individual named Luis Landaverde. According to reports, Lety Hernandez, who was 17 years old at the time, was upset with Fredi for taking a Xanax pill.
