Joseph Breion Martin, a 40-year-old resident of Jacksonville, Florida, was tragically shot and killed on August 25, 2015. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning in the Durkeeville community, specifically in the 1600 block of Barnett Street. Police responded to a report of a gunshot victim lying on the side of the road near West Sixth Street. Upon arrival, they found Martin, who had sustained fatal gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene. His last known address was on ...
