Semaj Sincere Billingslea, a 33-year-old Black transgender man from Jacksonville, Florida, tragically lost his life on September 21, 2022. Semaj was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds outside the Baymont Inn and Suites on Youngerman Circle. Despite being transported to a hospital, he succumbed to his injuries.
