Devontay Youmans, a 23-year-old resident of Jacksonville, Florida, tragically lost his life on December 28, 2018. He was found shot multiple times in his car at the intersection of Norfolk Boulevard and Soutel Drive. According to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office, Youmans had driven to the location and called the police for help.
