Bobby Norris III, a 26-year-old African American male from Jacksonville, Florida, tragically lost his life on October 5, 2014. He was shot and killed during an apparent shootout in North Jacksonville. The incident occurred inside a home on Linda Drive, where Norris had stopped by a cookout.
