Death by Force

On July 6, 2024, Anthony Maxwell, a 39-year-old man from Jacksonville, Florida, was found fatally shot after his vehicle crashed into a building on Myrtle Avenue. Police officers responded to the scene of the vehicle crash and discovered that Maxwell had been shot multiple times, which led to the crash. Despite immediate medical attention, Maxwell was taken to a local hospital by the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department (JFRD) where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
