Tavarius Jacquan Jenkins, an 18-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on September 8, 2018, in Jacksonville, Florida. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning at a residence on Gullege Drive, located in a neighborhood off Sibbald Road.
