On November 20, 2024, 69-year-old Garry Charles Bartlett Sr. was found deceased in his Jacksonville, Florida home, located on Fawn Lake Drive South in the Deercreek area. Responding to a call around 8 a.m., Jacksonville Sheriff's Office (JSO) officers discovered Bartlett Sr. with multiple gunshot wounds; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
