Leroy Williams Jr., a 45-year-old resident of Titusville, Florida, tragically lost his life on November 21, 2015. Born on August 7, 1970, in Titusville, Leroy was a well-known figure in his community. He attended Southlake Elementary School and graduated from Flagler Palm Coast High School in 1988, where he was celebrated as a State Wrestling Champion. After high school, Leroy enlisted in the United States military, serving his country with dedication.
