DeNathan Nartarious Carter, a 27-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on August 11, 2019, in Titusville, Florida. The incident occurred around 12:30 p.m. on the 1000 block of South Park Avenue, near the Park Villas apartment complex. Police responding to reports of a shooting found Carter lying on the roadway connecting the apartment complex to South Deleon Avenue. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
