Eddie Eugene Ulrich, a 40-year-old Caucasian male, was tragically killed on August 9, 1982, in Grand Prairie, Texas. Ulrich, who worked as a supervisor at the Western Transfer Company, was one of the victims in a horrific shooting spree carried out by John Felton Parish, a 49-year-old truck driver.
