On April 24, 2023, at approximately 3:30 AM, officers from the Titusville Police Department responded to a report of a shooting at a residence located on the 600 block of Palmetto Street in Titusville, Florida. Upon arrival, they found 56-year-old Carl F. Wigfall with apparent fatal gunshot wounds. Wigfall was pronounced deceased at the scene.
