Stephen Franklin House, a 36-year-old white male, died on February 15, 1989, in Titusville, Florida. He was a police officer with the Titusville Police Department and was killed in the line of duty while serving a narcotics search warrant. On the day of his death, Officer House was part of an Emergency Response Team tasked with executing a search warrant at the residence of a suspected drug dealer.
