Abad Freddy Tineo, a 40-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically found dead on November 22, 2015, in West Palm Beach, Florida. His body was discovered in the area of Echo Lake and Northshore drives, and it was determined that he had died from a gunshot wound. The investigation revealed that Tineo had used his credit card at a Valero gas station in Lake Worth on the night of November 21, 2015.
