Jonathan Matthew "Johnnie" Carter, a 15-year-old boy from Jacksonville, FL, tragically lost his life on July 6, 2016. Johnnie, who was described as daring, outgoing, and adventurous, was shot and killed near his home in the Lakeshore neighborhood of Jacksonville. The incident occurred around 4:45 a.m. at the intersection of Sunderland Road and Vista Avenue, just a couple of blocks from his residence.
