Chauncey Dwayne McNair, a 32-year-old African American businessman from Jacksonville, FL, was tragically shot to death on January 16, 2017. McNair was found with multiple gunshot wounds on Lynton Street, just blocks from Norwood Avenue and close to his new business, Xclusive Hair Extensions salon. He was discovered lying behind a car riddled with bullet holes and was later pronounced dead at UF Health Jacksonville.
