Tyon Blair, a 17-year-old resident of Jacksonville, Florida, tragically lost his life on July 12, 2017. Born on September 1, 1999, in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, Tyon had spent the majority of his life in Jacksonville. He was a student at Sandalwood High School, known for his intelligence and artistic abilities.
