Henry Atkins, a 14-year-old from Jacksonville, FL, tragically lost his life on September 12, 2017, in what has been described as a horrific accident. The incident occurred on Jacksonville's Westside, a day after Hurricane Irma had passed through the area. Henry was with three other boys behind an abandoned daycare center on Ricker Road when the shooting happened.
