Victor Maurice Hobbs Jr., an 18-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on January 26, 2017, in Jacksonville, Florida. Just two days after celebrating his 18th birthday, Victor, who was also known as Maurice, was fatally shot in a double shooting incident in the Southside Estates neighborhood.
