Doran Rashad Moore, a 35-year-old African American man, was fatally shot on the night of December 21, 2017, outside his home in the 3000 block of Fourth Street Circle in the Woodstock neighborhood of West Jacksonville, Florida. Officers from the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office responded to reports of gunfire around 9:15 p.m. and found Moore lying in his front yard with at least one gunshot wound.
