On November 29, 2007, Paul Douglas Raborn Jr., a 59-year-old man, was found dead in his Jacksonville, Florida residence. Raborn’s death was classified as a homicide, and he became the 139th reported homicide victim in Duval County that year. Despite investigative efforts by local authorities, the case remains unsolved and has become one of the many cold cases in Jacksonville.
