Victor V. Carter, aged 46, tragically lost his life on January 6, 2018, in Miami, Florida. The incident occurred early in the morning when police responded to reports of shots fired in the area of 1444 NW 45th Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered Carter with a fatal gunshot wound to the head. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The motive behind the shooting remained unclear at the time, and the case was under active investigation by the Miami-Dade Police Department.
