Danny Alvarez, a 17-year-old high school senior from Miami, Florida, tragically lost his life on January 6, 2018. Danny was shot in the back while getting into his friend's car in the Little Havana neighborhood. The incident occurred around 1 a.m. near the intersection of Southwest 31st Avenue and Fourth Street, close to his home.
