Robert E. Yee, a 61-year-old retired Miami Police captain, was murdered on July 10, 2009, while working as a security guard at Hurricane Cove Marina in Miami. He was shot execution-style, and investigators later connected Rafael Toirac-Aguilera to the crime through DNA evidence found at the scene.
