Juan Ramon Trespalacios, a 38-year-old Cuban male, tragically lost his life on August 20, 1982, in Miami, Florida. Trespalacios had recently immigrated to Florida from Cuba, where he had been a political prisoner. He worked as a machinist at Bob Moore’s Welding and Machine Service shop.
