Willie Randel, a 29-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on May 16, 2018, in Miami, Florida. The incident occurred during a drive-by shooting in the area of Northwest 95th Street and 22nd Avenue. Willie Randel was found with gunshot wounds in the yard of a home and was rushed to Ryder Trauma Center at Jackson Memorial Hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries. Another victim, 23-year-old Myqueal Fisher, also died at the scene from gunshot wounds.
