Victor Carter, a 46-year-old resident of Miami, Florida, tragically lost his life on January 6, 2018. He was found dead after being shot in the head in the area of 1444 NW 45th Street. The incident occurred early in the morning, and police responded to reports of shots fired. Upon arrival, officers discovered Carter's lifeless body and pronounced him dead at the scene.
