David Goulbarne, a 17-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on February 24, 2016, in Miami, Florida. The incident occurred while David was walking to a store along NW 71st Street with his cousins. According to reports, a car was waiting for them, and someone from inside the vehicle got out and started shooting. David was hit multiple times and managed to run across the street to a nearby apartment complex, where he collapsed. He was subsequently taken to the Ryder Trauma ...
