On April 10, 2016, Ivis Castro, a 23-year-old resident of Miami, Florida, tragically lost his life in a drive-by shooting. The incident occurred in northwest Miami-Dade as Castro and his roommate, Danny Hernandez, were standing outside their home. A vehicle drove by and opened fire, striking both men.
