Devin Smith, a 28-year-old resident of Miami, FL, tragically lost his life on May 16, 2020. The incident occurred near Perrine, where Smith was riding a scooter. According to reports, Daishun Doctor, the accused, was driving a black Toyota Camry when he encountered Smith. Surveillance footage revealed that Doctor stopped his car, exited with a gun in hand, and fired multiple shots at Smith, who was riding in the opposite direction.
