Josmel Herrera, a 43-year-old male, tragically died on December 22, 2015, in Miami, Florida. The incident occurred at his residence located at 10601 SW 27th Street. According to the Miami-Dade Police Department, Herrera accidentally shot himself in the chest while demonstrating the proper way to clean a firearm during a video call with a family member.
