In the summer of 2015, amid a surge of violence that gripped the city of Baltimore, the life of 28-year-old Marvin Jr. Coston was tragically cut short. On July 12th of that year, Coston, a Black male, was gunned down in the 1200 block of East Lanvale Street. He sustained multiple gunshot wounds and succumbed to his injuries.
