Quincy Harris, a 23-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was found dead on September 26, 2022, in a vehicle on the 1900 block of Griffis Avenue in the Morrell Park area. Harris had succumbed to gunshot wounds, and his death was ruled a homicide by the Baltimore City Police Department.
