Toborrius Stevens, a 34-year-old resident of Fort Pierce, Florida, tragically lost his life on April 27, 2018. Known affectionately as "Snoop" by his family and friends, Stevens was a lifelong resident of Fort Pierce, where he graduated from Westwood High School. He was well-regarded in his community and enjoyed painting cars and spending time with his loved ones.
